Leadership Coaching
Our coaching process is seamlessly integrated into the Leadership Challenge process. It allows the leader to build on the LPI feedback and convert their experience to increased effectiveness as a leader. Our Coaches: All of our coaches have extensive experience working with organizational leaders. Their backgrounds typically include advanced degrees, formal organization development (OD) training, broad experience in leadership development, and in some cases, prior executive managerial experience. Their goal is to bring out your very best using the feedback you receive with the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). Leadership Coaching typically involves hour-long sessions. During these sessions, which are usually via telephone, our coaches guide you through LPI feedback discussion, action planning, and execution. Between coaching sessions, you’ll complete challenging practical exercises that are directly related to your personal leadership development goals.

Coaching as a follow-up to The Leadership Challenge Workshop:

Take advantage of a special price for The Leadership Challenge Workshop participants. While all clients benefit from our systematic approach to leadership development, we tailor this coaching for the leader who is participating in The Leadership Challenge Public Workshop. It is best suited for participants who do not desire extensive one to one coaching and would benefit from a combination of individual and classroom learning. Prior to the workshop the coach will help the participant prepare for the learning experience and answer questions about the LPI and pre work. After the workshop, coaches provide encouragement and feedback in a risk-free setting. Participants can review their progress, discuss what is working and what isn’t and maintain the high energy and momentum of the classroom experience after returning to work.

Our Coaches

This specially priced coaching consists of three confidential telephone sessions and a re-administration of the LPI. $1000.
