Kraemer Winslow is an international trainer, coach and facilitator who has been assisting corporations in various aspects of communication for over twenty years. She started Executive Communications to help corporate clients improve their presentation skills and media interactions.

Today, Kraemer and her associates also provide training in team learning, effective meeting participation skills as well as interpersonal communications skills. Her latest offering is Make Your Point! Communications Series. This program is geared toward helping participants focus in on what needs to be communicated and how to say it effectively in meetings. All programs utilize video feedback and coaching for enhanced communication abilities.

Prior to founding Executive Communications, Kraemer was with Xerox Learning Systems where she specialized in working with clients in the areas of sales and management. Earlier, she was Vice President, Operations for Bernardo Productions, specializing in producing sales meetings and conventions worldwide for such companies as Nissan, Shaklee and Christian Brothers Wine and Brandy. There she began working with senior executives to help them formulate their ideas for keynote and/or motivational speeches at their meetings.

Kraemer is has frequently served as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate for their MBA Programs. She holds an M.A. in Human Development and Behavioral Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Kraemer lives in San Rafael and enjoys cooking, all kinds of dancing and outdoor activities such as bicycling and snow skiing. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Environmental Forum of Marin.
