Charlotte partners with clients to create solutions to increase leadership and team skills. Clients have included the Indian Gaming Palace, CA Contractors State License Board, IBM Corporation, and CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation.

At IBM where she was employed for over twenty years, she redesigned two Leadership Development Programs for high potential leaders, the New Manager Training Program, and developed a Train the Trainer Program for managers and leaders that enabled them to cascade leadership and team training throughout their organizations. Charlotte also delivered Leadership Skills and Team Development Programs for Senior Managers and their organizations. Charlotte was a certified Organizational Consultant providing Leadership and Team Training to IBM external clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, walking, hiking & swimming, wine tasting & is actively involved in her community’s Red Hat Society group.
