


Client Experience Manager, Sonoma Learning Systems
Terri recognizes the transformative power of leadership training and is enthusiastic about delving deeply into The Leadership Challenge® and increasing its' access worldwide. As a student of life, committed to personal and professional growth, she has explored various disciplines including other systems of leadership, as well as extensive yoga training. Previously, she owned her own yoga studio, leading a team of 12 instructors. Terri’s additional business background includes advertising agency planner, brand manager in the wine industry, and marketing director for a community non-profit. Terri received her Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing from California State University, Sacramento.
As Client Experience Manager for Sonoma Learning Systems, Terri’s primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and organizational support during the implementation of training programs.
