Charles is an internationally experienced executive coach, consultant, and custom-program designer on leadership and organizational development. He helps individuals, teams, and organizations reach and exceed their goals and has trained and coached thousands of individuals around the world.

Charles has worked with a wide range of organizations including Western Union, Caterpillar, Sun Microsystems, Sandia National Laboratories, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and many others. He draws on his strong background as a hands-on executive having been a Fortune 500 executive, Director of Marketing for the ski resort of Vail, and owner/partner in several entrepreneurial ventures.
