Holly Seaton, PH.D.

“Inspiring and developing the human side of business”

Holly's passion is assisting businesses in leading and managing their most important asset: their people. She has a consulting psychology practice that blends her rich background in human development, education, management and healthcare. She has worked successfully with executives and executive teams to enhance their leadership capabilities and has coached entrepreneurs in their evolution to professionally managed businesses.

As a family business consultant, family business have benefited from her ability to help them navigate the unique challenges of business and family needs. She is a master facilitator and workshop presenter. She is knowledgeable about the complexities of human interests and interactions that impact the success of individuals and the greatness of organizations. Skillful and practical in her approach, she offers customized and actionable strategies that can be put to use immediately for meaningful improvement.

Holly lives in Sonoma, where she enjoys the seasons of the vine and tends a small zinfandel vineyard.
