His relationship with his clients tends to be long term with a focus on implementation and building internal leadership bench strength. His guidance helped Herman Miller, Inc win the Optima Award for excellence in leadership development

Mike is a graduate of Michigan State University and pursued graduate studies at Aquinas College.
