


Leadership Challenge Master Facilitator
For over 25 years Sharon has been working with individuals and organizations in the US and abroad to develop their leadership, their team effectiveness and their communication and relationship building skills – both as leader inside corporations and as an independent consultant. Sharon began working with The Leadership Challenge™ in 1990 and is a TLC Master Facilitator, working directly with client companies and training new facilitator.
Sharon is an extraordinary facilitator, adept at establishing open and safe environments, eliciting candid disclosure from group members, and guiding a flexible process for learning and discovery. Sharon is extremely effective at guiding people through sensitive issues and interactions. She balances candor with humor and heart to ensure that important work gets done and important relationships are maintained and enhanced.
Over the years Sharon has been privileged to work with a diverse mix of clients among whom are Levi Strauss and Company, Wells Fargo, The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Unocal, Allied Irish Bank, Charles Schwab and Company, Sun Microsystems, Fujitsu Computer Products of America,. The J. P. Getty Trust, PowerBar, Sustainable Communities Leadership Programs, and The Capital Group. Sharon has also served as a lecturer in leadership communication at the Haas Graduate School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
True to the spirit of authenticity nurtured in her growing up as the daughter of a dedicated Rabbi, cultivated by her studies in Theater Arts and Psychology at Brandies University and the University of Pittsburgh, and developed throughout her career Sharon focuses on real world leadership, from the inside out.
In her private time Sharon enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending as much time outdoors as she possibly can.
