In a business career that spans 40 years, Byron Jones has developed an appreciation for, and understanding of management and leadership practices that work. He has held executive positions with IBM, Xerox Corporation, Bekins Moving and Storage, and Global Van Lines.

Byron graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. He is currently on the Board of Directors, of LAOIC, a non-profit organization that works primarily with under privileged youth, providing them with life skills, job skills and job placement. In addition, Byron has twice been a featured speaker at the American Leadership Academy.
