For nearly twenty years, Steve has taught, coached, and consulted with executives and all levels of managers in several countries around the world. His expertise is in the related areas of leadership development, team development, change, personal and business growth, and business strategy. He has created a number of customized leadership programs for companies such as AT&T, Convergys, Fifth Third Bank, Luxottica Retail, P&G, Roche, and Sandia National Labs, to name a few.

Steve received his MBA in Executive Management from North Texas University, and completed an executive program in technology and innovation at the Wharton School.

Steve is co-author of the book, There is no Box, (Executive Excellence, 2007) and also co-authored the booklet, Raise the Bar. He has published articles in industry magazines, trade journals, and has been involved in educational efforts at the UN and the Management Institute of Paris.
