Daren Blonski is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he majored in Organizational Studies and Leadership, and a graduate of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy. As a student at UC Davis, Daren started an award winning student run group called Building Roles. Building Roles continues to help student leaders develop their leadership skills. His passions are teaching others to lead and entrepreneurship. Daren has a wealth of experience working with public organizations. He has worked in various capacities for the California State Parks, The USDA Forest Service as a Hotshot Fire Fighter, and as a Student Resident Fire Fighter while at UC Davis.

As Leadership Consultant with Sonoma Learning Systems, Daren partners with his clients to develop leadership development strategies, design learning systems and implement programs in organizations large and small, private and public. In Daren’s spare time he enjoys being with his wife Shae, serving in the community, and embracing a life full of adventure.
